Description

Directly inspired by the technology used to create automobile hoods, Sunbrella Shelter is made up of two bonded, solution-dyed acrylics with a rubber membrane in the centre. Its colours and appearance are guaranteed to last over time, thanks to the solution-dyed acrylic fibres. The fabric’s composition makes it exceptionally resistant to water and tearing, while at the same time offering unrivalled thermal and acoustic protection. Recommended for use in spray hoods and biminis (speed boats and fast yachts), Shelter is available in a width of 152 cm.

Care

Regularly maintaining your fabric makes it easier to clean. We recommend simply hosing it off with a jet of clear water, then brushing it with a soft brush. We strongly advise against using a high-pressure cleaner to wash your fabric. Once cleaned, leave it to dry in the open air. For harder cleaning tasks, we recommend using mild soap or 303 Fabric Cleaner, diluted in warm water. We also recommend that you re-waterproof the fabric with 303 Fabric Guard after each washing.
