THINNESS AND LIGHTNESS

THE PRACTICAL, ALLIED WITH THE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING

The thinness of the fabric, which is just 0.40mm thick, allows it to be stored in small-sized cassettes, thus making it adaptable to any architectural environment. Its lightness offers you tremendous flexibility, without affecting its strength.

HIGH-PROTECTION SCREEN

HIGH-PERFORMANCE THERMAL BARRIER

Thanks to its highly regular, perforated micro-structure, the fabric acts as a genuine heat filter. It repels up to 92% of the warmth of the sun’s rays, thus avoiding any greenhouse effect and preventing buildings from overheating in summer. In winter, the process is reversed, thus maintaining heat within the building.

STABILITY AND DURABILITY

Thanks to their specially formulated solution-dyed Plastisol coating, Sunworker fabrics do not break down when exposed to extreme climatic conditions. The pigments used allow the colours to keep all their brilliance under the effects of the sun’s rays.

RESISTANCE

A WEFT THAT KEEPS ITS SHAPE

The “heart” of Sunworker is made up of a high-strength polyester core, while the distinctive Rachel Trameur-style weaving method used in its manufacture gives it outstanding resistance to bad weather. This technique allows the threads to move in relation to each other in order to spread, transmit and absorb mechanical energy in the event of tearing.

Care

Regularly maintaining your fabric makes it easier to clean. We recommend simply hosing it off with a jet of clear water, then brushing it with a soft brush. We strongly advise against using a high-pressure cleaner to wash your fabric. Once cleaned, leave it to dry in the open air. For harder cleaning tasks, we recommend using mild soap or 303 Fabric Cleaner, diluted in warm water.
