Your main mission will be to build and implement an action plan to develop the market that will be assigned to you;

Missions:

- In close collaboration with the market manager, you will participate in the development of all actions that will allow you to develop and promote your category in Europe and internationally.  You will design and implement actions with the different audiences targeted by the company. (BTB/BTC)

- You conduct the necessary studies to understand the targets, their needs and identify how to best reach them and with what tools.

- You identify the best ways to launch, promote and animate your category and brief the agencies or internal experts (tools, photos, videos, arguments, presentations, emailing, applications, communication actions...).

- You guide the experts and develop with them your category on social networks, the website, professional platforms, PR, media...

- You recommend events to participate in and make sure they are successful

- You propose and carry out the necessary actions to animate our network of partners

- You analyze your actions and propose adjustments or tests to better manage your budget

Profile

There is no typical profile for this position, we all come from different backgrounds and this is what makes our strength! But we invite you to apply if :

- You have at least 3/5 years of experience in marketing and communication

- You are curious and you want to take on many challenges

- You like to take initiatives and you are a strong proposer

- You are at ease in English, both written and oral (public speaking)

- You like to work in a team and you are used to managing budgets

- You are not afraid to manage several projects at once and you know how to organize yourself

- You have a good sense of customer service and are result-oriented

- Your analytical skills allow you to develop your category 

Some business travel are to be considered for this position.
