SOURCING -Timely local sourcing

Our primary raw material is solution-dyed acrylic coloured to the fibre's core.

By choosing this type of acrylic, we avoid post-production dyeing as part of a low-pollution industrial process that is less intensive in terms of water, energy and chemicals.

Since our solution-dyed Sunacryl® fibre is produced to clearly defined and exclusive specifications, we produce fabrics that are highly resistant over time.

Holding suppliers to our commitments

We have closely monitored our suppliers' environmental practices for many years.

More recently, we are in the process of rolling out our Supplier Environmental Charter. Based on a set of monitoring indicators, we require suppliers to take concrete steps
to reduce their environmental impact.

FOCUS

GIVING PRIORITY TO LOCAL SUPPLIERS FOR OUR RAW MATERIALS

From packaging to textile subcontractors, machinery and spare parts, we purchase most of our commodities locally from European suppliers close to our production
sites in France.

Recycled materials and fibres integral to our products

We have an in-depth knowledge of the recycling processes that drive our production development strategy.

In practical terms, we recover and sort by colour waste yarns, woven and treated selvedges and fabric offcuts resulting from all processes at our two French production sites.

Most of this waste is then transformed into recycled fibres and reintegrated into the production of specific fabrics made in Europe in line with our objectives.

150 TONNES OF YARN
RECYCLED EVERY YEAR

Our ambition is to design a recycled collection for each of our markets - solar protection, interior and exterior upholstery, and marine - by 2024.

LOOKING FORWARD

x2 more recycled raw materials used by 2025
