'W PULAWACH' municipal library
Located 1.5 hours south of Warsaw, in the Polish town of Pulawy, the 'W PULAWACH' municipal library provides a unique venue for all its users in a modern, pleasant and welcoming setting.
To reduce the noise level of the library building while giving it a warm and welcoming appearance, a variety of noise-reducing materials were selected for the renovation of this municipal media library. For the architectural firm Marka Architekci, the choice of Dickson Woven Flooring was based on several criteria. Noise reduction, contribution to better indoor air quality and traffic resistance were all important.
Marka Architekci opted for 2200m² of Allure by mixing the following references: Iridium Silver J514 - Zaffre Blue J515 - Snow Shadow J517 - Celadon Green J539 - Orkney Taupe J540. Our Allure tiles add a special design to this unique space thanks to their checkerboard pattern. In a high-traffic area like a library, a robust, easy-to-maintain floor is essential. Thanks to the Cleangard® innovation, our tiles, rolls and planks are stain-resistant, making it easy to remove even the toughest stains. All you need is water, and no harmful chemicals.
To create an inviting reading environment, it's essential to choose an aesthetically pleasing floor covering that encourages calm and concentration. Our floor coverings for study centres, libraries and auditoriums offer visual and acoustic comfort, as well as high resistance to wear and abrasion, ensuring optimum durability.
