Instaldeco, an interior design and decoration studio founded in 1998 in Barcelona, wanted to create a zone to enhance the attractivity of its entrance and create a different atmosphere from other rooms. Thanks to our distributor and partner Onspace, with whom they have been working for many years, Instaldeco was able to choose items from our Mirage range and use our flooring configurator to look for different inspirations and appreciate the variations in colour and shape of our layouts.
Using our Dickson Flooring Project floor configurator, Instaldeco was able to achieve the desired result very easily and quickly for a unique finish that matched the atmosphere they had imagined for this space.
To redesign its entrance filled with Vitra furniture, the studio in Barcelona chose MIRA J528 Viper Blue in half-hexagon and MIRA J548 Dusty Green in triangle XL and triangle standard size. Instaldeco chose a design composition of woven vinyl flooring with a mixture of shapes, for which they wanted to use only 2 products. So, the variations in colour are subtly highlighted depending on the direction of the shapes during installation, which gives this zone a modern and refined finish.
Intended to welcome visitors, this entrance is a place of passage where the traffic can be more or less intensive: Instaldeco therefore needed a dirt-resistant and easy-to-maintain floor. That's why the studio chose our Dickson Woven Flooring, which features CleanGard technology to reduce stains and increase maintenance intervals.
