DURABILITY: unshakeable pillar of our product design

Our textiles are designed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. The result of specific technical choices, they are long-lasting and highly resistant and offer optimal life comfort.
Over the years, our teams have worked closely with our external partners to:
- select the best raw materials
- optimise our production processes
- enhance our logistics flows
- anticipate changes to European regulations
Working in synergy, the following two divisions are closely involved in the transition from design to eco-design:
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
- Developing more responsible treatments
- Researching bio-based or bio-attributed
recycled components - Optimising industrial processes
- Improving the recyclability of our products
DESIGN
- Creating new collections containing
recycled fibres - Using shared production lines to optimise
industrial processes without cramping
our creativity
FOCUS
MEASURE, CALCULATE AND REDUCE
We use a standardised lifecycle analysis method to measure the real-life impact of our products on the environment. This involves completing Environmental and Health Declaration Datasheets (FDES) to calculate and reduce their environmental footprint.
LOOKING FORWARD
From 2024 complete and advanced substitution of production PFAS treatments.
« At Dickson, we design our collections to last. They offer an effective response to customer needs, reflect sustainable consumption trends, and adapt to lifestyle changes – now and in the future. »
